REGULAR OFFFERS
Weekly, regular offerings support the integration of your practice into your everyday life. It is important to clarify what you need at any given moment to go through everyday life with strength and then integrate the practice.
Venue: All weekly offerings take place at Bahnhofstraße 12 in 26 122 Oldenburg.

In a Soul Motion class we dance through 4 relationship landscapes and simultaneously play with three platforms that form our movement floor.
The relationship landscapes:

Dance Intimate – The dance with myself. Solo.

Dance Community – The dance with everybody. Community.

Dance Infinite – The dance into everyday life. With everyone and everything.
The platforms that give a base to our improvised dance in Soul Motion are: 360 degree awareness, presence in movement and stillness, letting yourself be inspired.

At this time of year, precisely where something ends and before something new begins, I would like to create a space for us. A space that facilitates a gentle transition, a space to listen, to let go, to become still, and to accept. A space that connects the known with the unknown.
A space to hear what we are ready to release.
A space to hear what happens when we become still.
A space to hear what wants to be woven in.
Movement – Stillness – Space – Rest – Centering – Maturation
Supported by the Soul Motion practice and breath meditations, we will practice deep listening, where we encounter ourselves and our inherent calling. Loving acceptance helps us nurture a clear and powerful awareness, to align ourselves, and to move.

Time: Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Twelve Days of Christmas begin on the night of December 24-25, 2025. These days are a time to recover from the effects of the old year, to turn inward, and to begin weaving anew (Caroline Deiß).
Starting on December 25, 2025, we will meet online for 13 days from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to sit together in silence and burn our wishes. The online sessions will be held in silence, and only a candle will be visible on our screens.
Preparation for the Twelve Days of Christmas / Ritual Preparation: December 21, 2025, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
No prior experience is necessary for this event. I would like to ask you to confirm your commitment for all sessions in the online dance space so that we can move through this time together in as many sessions as possible. For the sessions you can’t attend, we will wholeheartedly hold the space for all of you.
Contribution (excluding the Twelve Days of Christmas):
Reduced contribution: €160 (€100)
Regular contribution: €200 (€120)
Supporting contribution: €240 (€145)
(It is also possible to participate only in the Twelve Days of Christmas.)

What if you and I begin to practice living our lives as if everything is sacred; a journey, where inside every movement is an ancient and silent prayer waiting to be released; where inside every breath is the beginning of a rare and unique song yearning to be expressed; where trapped inside every moment is a hidden or forbidden shape asking to be revealed and revered; where inside every dance you create altars on the path with each step, which alters the steps for those who will follow. This is the co-creation of our HOLY ROOM.
We begin with the sanctuary of self, the body as our church, where we open an intimate search to discover and mend our gifts and hurts. We expand our communion to include one other, a dance of divine dialogue, where each voice is listened to and spoken through movement, shape, gesture and pause. We widen our lens to include the community, where a deep sense of belonging is tended and nurtured, and diversity is respected and reclaimed. We complete our journey as we rest in the arms of ritual, a portal to help us find our way from the dance floor to the world floor of our every day lives.

Each dancer is responsible for organizing their own accommodation and food. Tea and water will be provided at the yoga center, and there will be breaks on Saturday and Sunday to eat on-site or nearby. If you have any questions about accommodation in Oldenburg, please feel free to send me a message.

Your dance contribution for this weekend is €260. This fee is reduced to €220 for registrations received by March 21, 2026. If you are unable to pay the fee, please contact us; we are happy to find a solution together. No one will be excluded for financial reasons.
